Registration
Registration is available online or by mail-in entry form. Mail-in forms are available at all 8 branches of First National Bank & Trust. For bank locations, please refer to www.fnbimk.com. There is no race day registration. The final opportunity for registration will be in person at Packet Pick Up. All abilities are welcome but all participants must finish the race by 12:30 p.m., at this time the course will be open to traffic without direction from volunteer staff and police.

What The Registration Fee Includes
All registered participants receive a Racer Shirt when registered by September 1, 2013. Half Marathoners will also receive a swag bag and all half marathon finishers will receive a medal. Also, fruit, bagels, and beverages will be provided to runners after the event.

Packet Pick-Up
Packet Pick-Up will be Friday, September 13 from 5:00-7:00 p.m., and race day morning from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Packet Pick-up will be located at the start/finish lot (across from the Dickinson County Library at the intersection of Iron Mountain Street and East A Street).

Half Marathon Course
The route will offer scenic diversity as it travels through historic downtown Iron Mountain, over the Chapin Mine Pit, alongside beautiful Lake Antoine, dipping into the picturesque Fumee Lake Natural area, back out and around the rest of Lake Antoine and back to downtown Iron Mountain.

Mini-Thon Course
The Mini-Thon will start out the same as the Half Marathon, downtown and over the Chapin Pit turning right after the Pit onto Third Street. Run/Walkers will turn onto Park Avenue which will go up Millie Hill to East A Street, then down East A Street to the Finish.

Aid Stations
There will be 6 water/aid stations available along the course. These will be approximately located at miles 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12.

Awards
Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall male and female finishers for the 2 mile as well as medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for kids divisions. Kids age division is as follows: under 8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 years. Awards for the Half Marathon will be given to 1st place overall male and female finishers as well as awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for male and female age groups.
